These Terms govern your use of Autometon. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. Please read them — they're written to be clear, not to bury anything.
By accessing or using Autometon ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you're using Autometon on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Autometon.
Autometon is a webhook-based integration platform that routes data from third-party apps into Google Sheets you own. We provide:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any modification or discontinuation of service.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at security@Autometon.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts to circumvent usage limits.
You may use Autometon only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on severity.
Autometon offers paid plans billed monthly or annually. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate specified for your plan.
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service or your account will be downgraded to read-only.
If you cancel within 7 days of a charge and have not materially used the Service in that billing period, we will issue a full refund upon request. Outside this window, refunds are at our discretion. Contact support@Autometon.io.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increases, delivered by email to your account address. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.
You retain full ownership of all data you route through Autometon. By using the Service, you grant Autometon a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely as necessary to provide the Service.
As described in our Privacy Policy, webhook payload contents are not stored on our servers — they are written to your Google Sheets and the payload is discarded.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Autometon to process personal data complies with applicable data protection laws. If you process personal data of EU residents, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request at privacy@Autometon.io.
Autometon and its underlying technology, interface, and content (excluding your data) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
If you submit feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.
Autometon integrates with third-party services (HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Google, etc.). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
If a third-party service changes its API or webhook format and this affects your pipelines, we will make reasonable efforts to update our integration, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Autometon DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will not be lost. You are responsible for maintaining backups of data critical to your business.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Autometon'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Autometon IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
IN NO EVENT WILL Autometon BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your pipelines will stop processing and your account will be deactivated at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless doing so would cause harm or violate legal obligations.
Upon termination, we will delete your account data per our Privacy Policy. Sections 6 (Your Data ownership), 7 (IP), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Disputes) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally — most issues can be resolved quickly via support@Autometon.io.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. If you continue using Autometon after that date, you accept the updated Terms.
